Last Updated: September 19, 2026
Trading Battlefield is an educational platform built for people who want to become better informed, more capable, and more independent traders. Members are expected to use the platform in a way that protects the learning environment, the rights of other members, and the integrity of Trading Battlefield.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Trading Battlefield websites, member services, educational programs, community and coaching environments, and related systems.
01 Use Trading Battlefield Lawfully
You may not use Trading Battlefield to engage in, facilitate, promote, or assist unlawful activity.
You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to your use of the services and to any content or information you submit.
02 Protect Your Account
Trading Battlefield accounts are intended for individual use. You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, lend, or otherwise provide another person with access to your account.
You may not use another person's account or attempt to gain access to an account that does not belong to you.
If you believe your account or email used to access Trading Battlefield has been compromised, you should notify us promptly.
03 Respect Trading Battlefield Content
Trading Battlefield content is provided for your personal educational use subject to our Terms of Use.
You may not:
- Republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Trading Battlefield educational material.
- Systematically copy, scrape, download, archive, or extract substantial portions of our lessons, ebooks, videos, graphics, screenshots, or other content.
- Repackage Trading Battlefield material as your own course, service, content library, publication, or commercial product.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent restrictions intended to control access to protected content.
Reasonable personal study, note-taking, discussion, and application of concepts you learn are permitted.
04 AI, Automated Tools, and Scraping
You may use ordinary personal study tools, including artificial intelligence tools, to help you understand individual concepts or limited portions of Trading Battlefield material for your own education.
You may not systematically collect or provide Trading Battlefield content to an artificial intelligence model, dataset, knowledge base, automated system, or similar technology for training, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or creation of a competing product or service.
You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated downloaders, or similar systems to collect substantial amounts of Trading Battlefield content or data without our permission.
05 Do Not Compromise the Platform
You may not interfere with, damage, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Trading Battlefield systems, networks, accounts, databases, software, or security controls.
Prohibited activity includes attempting to:
- Bypass authentication, authorization, or other access controls.
- Probe or exploit security vulnerabilities without our authorization.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful files.
- Disrupt or degrade the availability or performance of the services.
- Access data, accounts, administrative functions, or systems you are not authorized to access.
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it to Trading Battlefield rather than attempting to exploit it.
06 Respect Other Members
Shared learning works best when members can disagree, challenge ideas, critique analysis, and discuss mistakes without turning those disagreements into personal attacks.
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another person.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or relationship with Trading Battlefield.
- Publish another person's private or confidential information without authorization.
- Deliberately interfere with discussions, coaching, or the ability of other members to use the services.
- Use Trading Battlefield primarily to spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services.
Criticism and disagreement are not prohibited merely because they are direct or uncomfortable. We expect serious discussion, but we also expect members to behave professionally.
07 Content You Submit
You are responsible for content you submit to Trading Battlefield or to shared educational and community environments associated with our services.
You may not knowingly submit content that:
- You do not have the right to use or share.
- Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Contains malware or other intentionally harmful material.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to impersonate another person.
- Unlawfully exposes another person's confidential or private information.
If you share screenshots or trading information, you should take reasonable care not to expose account numbers, credentials, personal financial information, or other information that you do not intend to share with others.
08 Community Trading Discussions
Trading Battlefield may provide environments where members discuss markets, hypotheses, trades, analysis, and trading decisions.
These environments are intended for education and discussion. Members should not represent themselves as speaking for Trading Battlefield unless expressly authorized to do so.
You may not use Trading Battlefield primarily to operate or promote an unauthorized signal service, copy-trading service, account-management service, or other commercial trading service directed at Trading Battlefield members.
You remain responsible for your own trading decisions. A trade, opinion, hypothesis, chart, or comment posted by another member should not be treated as an instruction to trade.
09 No Unauthorized Commercial Use
You may not use your access to Trading Battlefield primarily to market, recruit for, or sell unrelated products or services to members without our permission.
This includes unsolicited commercial messages, affiliate promotions, lead generation, recruitment into competing communities or educational services, and repeated promotional activity unrelated to the purpose of Trading Battlefield.
Normal professional conversation and discussion of relevant third-party products or services are not prohibited merely because a commercial product is mentioned.
10 Enforcement
Trading Battlefield may investigate apparent violations of this policy and may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Trading Battlefield, its members, its intellectual property, its systems, or the rights of others.
The response may depend on the nature and seriousness of the conduct, whether it was intentional, whether it creates an immediate risk, and whether similar conduct has occurred before.
We are not required to use the same response for every violation. Serious security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, intentional intellectual-property theft, or conduct creating an immediate risk may justify action without prior warning.
11 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as Trading Battlefield and its services evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Material changes may receive additional notice when appropriate.
