01 Enrollment & Eligibility

The Program is available to Trading Battlefield customers who choose to participate and agree to these Terms.

To enroll, you must accept the current version of these Terms and select an available referral code. Enrollment is voluntary, and you may leave the Program at any time.

Trading Battlefield reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Program for violation of these Terms, unlawful or deceptive conduct, misuse of the Trading Battlefield name or brand, or other conduct that creates material legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to Trading Battlefield.

02 Affiliate Links & Attribution

Upon enrollment, you will receive a unique referral link based on the referral code you select. You may use this link to refer prospective customers to Trading Battlefield.

Referral attribution occurs when a new customer follows a valid Affiliate referral link and registers with Trading Battlefield. If a prospective customer follows more than one Affiliate referral link before beginning registration, the referral information in effect when registration begins will determine attribution.

Referral attribution is established when registration begins and cannot be added, transferred, or changed after the customer account is created. Existing Trading Battlefield customers cannot be retroactively attributed to an Affiliate.

Trading Battlefield does not guarantee referral attribution if a prospective customer does not use a valid Affiliate referral link, uses an invalid or inactive referral code, begins registration outside the applicable referral session, or if attribution cannot otherwise be established through the Program's normal referral process.

Self-referrals are prohibited. You may not receive referral credit for your own Trading Battlefield account.

03 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must promote Trading Battlefield honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable law. The following activities are prohibited:

• Sending spam, unsolicited commercial email, or unsolicited commercial text messages;
• Making false, deceptive, misleading, or unsubstantiated statements about Trading Battlefield, its products or services, or the results that may be achieved through trading;
• Making earnings claims, guarantees of profit, or representations that futures trading is low-risk or suitable for everyone;
• Misusing Trading Battlefield's name, trademarks, logos, domains, or other intellectual property;
• Manipulating, interfering with, or attempting to circumvent the Program's referral or attribution process;
• Self-referrals or attempts to obtain referral credit for your own Trading Battlefield account;
• Impersonating Trading Battlefield or representing yourself as an employee, agent, or authorized representative of Trading Battlefield; or
• Promoting Trading Battlefield through unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, or obscene content.

Trading Battlefield may require an Affiliate to remove or correct promotional content that violates these Terms or creates a material legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

04 Advertising, Promotional Content & Trading Claims

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content is truthful, accurate, and consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

Affiliates must not:

• Make earnings claims, guarantees of profit, or statements implying that trading success is assured;
• Represent futures trading as low-risk, easy, or suitable for everyone;
• Publish false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about Trading Battlefield, its products or services, or trading results;
• Present testimonials, trading results, performance claims, or similar content in a misleading manner or without disclosures required by applicable law;
• Represent Trading Battlefield's educational content as personalized investment advice or imply that Trading Battlefield is soliciting or recommending particular trades; or
• Create promotional content that falsely suggests it was produced, endorsed, or published by Trading Battlefield.

Affiliates may use promotional materials that Trading Battlefield expressly makes available for Affiliate use, subject to any instructions or restrictions accompanying those materials.

Trading Battlefield may require advance approval of particular promotional materials or types of promotion when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, brand, or compliance purposes. Trading Battlefield may also require an Affiliate to modify or remove promotional content that violates these Terms or otherwise creates material legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Affiliates must not make representations inconsistent with this risk.

05 Compliance & Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must comply with all laws, regulations, and advertising and disclosure requirements applicable to their promotional activities, including applicable Federal Trade Commission endorsement and advertising requirements and any requirements applicable to the promotion of futures-related educational products or services.

Whenever an Affiliate promotes Trading Battlefield using a referral link, recommendation, endorsement, or other promotional content, the Affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose the Affiliate relationship when required by applicable law. The disclosure must be presented in a manner that is reasonably noticeable and understandable to the audience and must not be hidden, obscured, or placed where it is unlikely to be seen.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional methods, communications, and disclosures comply with applicable requirements for the channels they use, including websites, social media, video, email, and other electronic communications.

Trading Battlefield may require an Affiliate to modify or remove promotional content that the Company reasonably determines creates a material legal, regulatory, or compliance risk.

06 Intellectual Property

Trading Battlefield and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Trading Battlefield name, trademarks, logos, content, graphics, and other intellectual property.

Participation in the Program does not grant an Affiliate ownership of or any general right to use Trading Battlefield intellectual property. Affiliates may use only those names, links, logos, graphics, or other promotional materials that Trading Battlefield expressly authorizes for Affiliate use, and only for the purpose of promoting Trading Battlefield in accordance with these Terms and any accompanying usage requirements.

Affiliates may not alter authorized materials in a misleading manner, register or use domains, social media accounts, business names, or other identifiers that impersonate Trading Battlefield or create a false impression of affiliation, ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Any permission to use Trading Battlefield intellectual property is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. Upon leaving or being removed from the Program, the Affiliate must discontinue any use that was authorized solely through participation in the Program.

07 Term, Opt-Out, Suspension & Termination

Participation in the Program begins when you enroll and continues until you opt out or Trading Battlefield suspends or terminates your participation.

You may opt out of the Program at any time through your Trading Battlefield account. When you opt out, your current referral code will be released and customers attributed to your Affiliate enrollment will become unaffiliated. Those prior referrals will not be restored if you later re-enroll in the Program.

Trading Battlefield may suspend or terminate your participation for violation of these Terms, unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct, misuse of the Trading Battlefield name or brand, or conduct that creates material legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination of your participation, your referral code may be released, existing referral attribution may be removed, and you must discontinue any use of Trading Battlefield intellectual property that was authorized solely through participation in the Program.

If you later re-enroll, the new enrollment is treated separately from your prior participation. You must accept the then-current Affiliate Terms and select an available referral code. Previously attributed customers will not be restored. A referral code you previously used may be selected again only if it is available at the time of re-enrollment.

08 No Agency or Employment Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or other similar relationship between you and Trading Battlefield.

You are not authorized to act on behalf of Trading Battlefield, enter into agreements or make commitments in its name, or represent that you have authority to bind Trading Battlefield.

You are responsible for your own promotional activities and for complying with the laws, regulations, and obligations applicable to those activities.

09 Data, Privacy & Program Communications

Trading Battlefield does not provide Affiliates with the personal information of customers attributed through the Program. Affiliate account information may include aggregate referral information made available by Trading Battlefield.

If you independently collect or process personal information in connection with your promotional activities, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, data protection, marketing, and communications laws.

Trading Battlefield may send you communications reasonably necessary to administer your participation in the Program, including notices concerning your enrollment, referral code, these Terms, compliance matters, suspension or termination, and material changes to the Program.

Program-related communications that are necessary to administer your participation are separate from optional marketing communications and are not affected by your marketing-email preferences.

10 Modifications to the Program and Terms

Trading Battlefield may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or requirements of the Program from time to time, including referral methods, eligibility requirements, promotional rules, and other Program policies.

Trading Battlefield may also revise these Terms. Revised Terms will be published with an updated effective date, and Trading Battlefield may provide notice of material changes through the website, your account, email, or another reasonable method.

Unless Trading Battlefield expressly requires acceptance of revised Terms, changes will apply to continued participation in the Program from their stated effective date. If Trading Battlefield determines that a future change requires affirmative acceptance, you may be required to review and accept the revised Terms in order to continue participating in the Program.

If you do not wish to continue participating following a change to the Program or these Terms, you may opt out of the Program.

11 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Trading Battlefield does not guarantee that the Program, referral links, referral attribution, or related features will be available without interruption or error. Trading Battlefield does not guarantee any particular level of referrals, customers, revenue, compensation, or other benefit from participation in the Program.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Battlefield will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Program, including loss of anticipated revenue, business opportunities, or referral attribution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trading Battlefield LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized promotional activities;
• Content, statements, representations, or materials that you create or distribute in connection with the Program;
• Your infringement or misuse of another person's intellectual property or other rights; or
• Your violation of applicable advertising, marketing, privacy, or communications laws.

This obligation applies only to the extent the claim or loss results from your conduct or violation and does not require you to indemnify Trading Battlefield for Trading Battlefield's own unlawful conduct.

13 General Terms

Governing Law and Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Waiver. Trading Battlefield's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Trading Battlefield's prior written consent. Trading Battlefield may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of substantially all of its assets, or similar business transaction.

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Trading Battlefield concerning participation in the Affiliate Program and supersede prior Affiliate Program terms or understandings concerning that participation.
