Trading Battlefield
Results Disclaimer
Last Updated: September 19, 2026
Trading results vary. No trade, performance record, example, testimonial, screenshot, statistic, educational method, or other result presented by Trading Battlefield should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of what you or any other trader will achieve.
Markets are uncertain. Trading involves risk, and individual results depend on many factors, including experience, preparation, capital, leverage, risk management, execution, discipline, costs, market conditions, and the decisions made by the individual trader.
01 No Guarantee of Trading Results
Trading Battlefield does not guarantee profitability, a particular rate of return, a particular win rate, the avoidance of losses, or any other trading or financial result.
Learning a trading concept, completing an educational program, following a process, or applying a methodology does not ensure that a trader will make money.
Even a trader who understands and correctly applies sound principles can experience losing trades, losing periods, and financial losses.
02 Past Performance
Past performance does not guarantee or necessarily indicate future results.
Markets and trading conditions change. Liquidity, volatility, market structure, participants, technology, regulation, and economic conditions can differ materially from one period to another.
A trader, methodology, decision, or approach that produced a particular result in the past may produce a different result in the future.
03 Winning and Losing Trades
Trading Battlefield may intentionally present both profitable and losing trades as educational examples. Both are normal outcomes in a probabilistic trading environment.
Profit and loss alone do not determine whether a trading decision was sound. A properly planned and executed trade can lose money, while a poorly planned or improperly managed trade can make money.
A profitable trade should not be interpreted as proof that the decision, method, or behavior that produced it was sound or should be repeated. Likewise, a losing trade does not by itself establish that the underlying decision was unsound.
Trading Battlefield may use these different outcomes to teach the distinction between the quality of a trader's decision-making process and the outcome of a single trade.
04 Actual Trades Used for Education
Trading Battlefield may present actual trades or trading results from its founder, coaches, members, or other traders for educational purposes.
An actual trade demonstrates only what occurred in that particular instance. It does not establish what another trader would have achieved, what the same trader will achieve in the future, or what anyone should expect from a similar trade.
An actual trade may be discussed to examine preparation, analysis, execution, risk management, decision-making, mistakes, or other educational concepts. The presentation of the trade does not convert it into a recommendation that another person take the same or a similar position.
05 Historical and Educational Examples
Trading Battlefield may use historical charts, screenshots, market replay, reconstructed market situations, annotated trades, and other historical material to explain concepts.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, these materials are educational examples and are not representations of actual trading performance.
Historical analysis has the benefit of knowing information about a market move that was not available while the market was unfolding. A completed chart therefore cannot fully reproduce the uncertainty involved in making decisions in real time.
The fact that an entry, exit, market level, or other decision appears clear when reviewing historical information does not mean it would have been equally clear or executable in live market conditions.
06 Hypothetical, Simulated, and Reconstructed Results
Hypothetical, simulated, reconstructed, replay, and similar performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading under real market conditions.
Such results may benefit from hindsight and may not fully reflect liquidity, slippage, execution uncertainty, commissions, fees, changing market conditions, financial pressure, or the practical difficulty of following a trading approach while actual money is at risk.
Simulated trading cannot completely reproduce the effect that actual gains, losses, uncertainty, margin requirements, and financial consequences can have on trading decisions.
No representation is made that any account will achieve profits, losses, or other results similar to those shown in a hypothetical, simulated, reconstructed, replay, or historical performance presentation.
07 Screenshots, Statements, and Performance Information
Trading Battlefield may present account screenshots, broker statements, trading-platform records, journal statistics, dashboards, equity curves, trade histories, or other performance information for educational or informational purposes.
Such material should be interpreted only for what it actually demonstrates. A screenshot or account record from a particular trader, account, or period does not establish the results that another trader should expect.
When Trading Battlefield represents performance information as its own actual result, we intend to have a reasonable basis for that representation.
Information submitted by members or other third parties may be based on information they provide to us. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Trading Battlefield has not independently verified member-submitted or third-party trading results.
08 Performance Figures and Trading Costs
Reported trading results can vary materially depending on how they are calculated and which costs and assumptions are included.
When Trading Battlefield presents performance figures, the accompanying information should identify material assumptions and, where relevant, whether results are gross or net of commissions, exchange fees, brokerage fees, slippage, financing costs, or other material trading expenses.
Not every cost applies to every market, account, or product. Actual costs may also differ among traders, brokers, platforms, jurisdictions, and trading arrangements.
An individual educational trade example does not necessarily include every expense associated with maintaining a trading account, software platform, market-data subscription, or other trading infrastructure.
09 Testimonials and Member Experiences
Trading Battlefield may present testimonials, comments, case studies, progress reports, or experiences from members or other traders.
A testimonial or individual success story describes that person's experience. It does not guarantee or establish what another person will experience or achieve.
Trading results vary substantially among individuals. An unusually successful result should not be interpreted as a typical, average, or expected result merely because Trading Battlefield chooses to discuss or present it.
If compensation or another material benefit is provided in connection with a testimonial or endorsement, Trading Battlefield intends to disclose that relationship where required and appropriate.
10 Educational Results Are Also Individual
Results are not limited to trading profits and losses. Members may also differ in how quickly they understand material, develop discipline, improve their analysis, change their behavior, or become capable of making independent trading decisions.
Completing Trading Battlefield educational material does not guarantee that a member will reach a particular level of skill, competence, consistency, or profitability within any particular period of time.
Education requires participation and application by the individual. Trading Battlefield cannot control the amount of effort a member applies, the decisions a member makes, or how a member uses what they learn.
11 Different Markets Produce Different Results
Trading Battlefield may teach concepts using one market or financial instrument while a member later applies some of those concepts to another.
Futures, options, equities, foreign exchange, digital assets, and other products differ in market structure, liquidity, volatility, leverage, execution, costs, risks, and other characteristics.
A concept, method, observation, or result from one market should not be assumed to transfer unchanged to another market or product.
12 Results Do Not Replace Your Judgment
Results shown by Trading Battlefield are intended to provide education, context, or information. They are not a substitute for your own analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making.
You should not take a trade, increase your leverage, select a product, or make another financial decision merely because someone else achieved a particular result.
You remain responsible for deciding what to trade, whether to trade, how much capital to risk, and how to manage your own positions.
13 Additional Disclosures May Apply
Certain presentations of actual, hypothetical, simulated, or other performance information may be subject to additional disclosure requirements depending on the product, context, jurisdiction, regulatory status of the parties involved, and manner in which the information is presented.
When additional disclosures are required or appropriate, Trading Battlefield may provide them directly with the applicable performance presentation. This Results Disclaimer is not intended to replace disclosures that must accompany a particular performance claim or presentation.
14 Related Disclosures
This Results Disclaimer should be read together with the Trading Battlefield Risk Disclosure and Terms of Use.
Those documents contain additional information concerning trading risk, leverage, execution, market conditions, educational content, and your responsibility for your own trading decisions.
