01 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Trading Battlefield account or use our member services.

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide to us is accurate and belongs to you.

02 Your Account

Each Trading Battlefield account is intended for one individual. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, sold, rented, or made available to another person.

Trading Battlefield uses passwordless authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account and devices you use to access Trading Battlefield and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

You may delete your account through Account Settings, subject to our Privacy Policy and any information we are permitted or required to retain.

03 Educational Purpose

Trading Battlefield provides trading education, training, analysis, commentary, and tools intended to help members develop their own knowledge, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Trading Battlefield does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Our educational content, market discussions, charts, examples, trade reviews, coaching, commentary, and other materials are not instructions for you to enter or exit a particular trade or investment.

We may discuss markets, trading ideas, historical trades, hypothetical situations, entries, exits, risk management, and decisions made by traders. We may also critique a member's analysis or completed trading decisions. These activities are educational in nature and should not be interpreted as a recommendation or direction that you take the same action.

Trading Battlefield does not operate a trade-call, copy-trading, or signal service designed to provide members with real-time trades to duplicate.

You remain solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, brokerage account, position sizing, risk management, execution, and financial results.

04 Trading Risk and Results

Trading involves substantial risk. No Trading Battlefield course, lesson, methodology, example, coach, discussion, tool, or other resource can guarantee that you will become profitable or avoid trading losses.

You may understand and correctly apply educational material and still lose money. Markets are uncertain, and trading outcomes depend on factors that include market conditions, execution, risk, experience, discipline, and decisions made by the individual trader.

You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Please review our Risk Disclosure and Results Disclaimer for additional important information.

05 Trading Battlefield Content

Unless otherwise stated, the Trading Battlefield website, Academy lessons, ebooks, written materials, graphics, illustrations, charts, videos, software, interfaces, methodologies, branding, and other content provided by Trading Battlefield are owned by or licensed to Trading Battlefield and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Trading Battlefield content for your own personal educational use.

You are encouraged to study our material, take reasonable personal notes, apply what you learn to your own analysis and trading, and use ordinary personal study tools to help you understand the material.

You may not, without our permission:

• Republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Trading Battlefield content.
• Share your account or use your account to provide another person with access to member content.
• Systematically copy, scrape, extract, download, archive, or reproduce substantial portions of our content.
• Use Trading Battlefield content to create or operate a competing course, training service, content library, or commercial product.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.
• Systematically provide our content to an artificial intelligence model, dataset, knowledge base, or similar system for training, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or creation of a competing product or service.

This restriction is not intended to prohibit reasonable personal use of AI or other study tools to help you understand individual concepts or limited portions of material for your own education.

06 Member Content and Shared Contributions

You may have opportunities to submit questions, comments, analyses, charts, screenshots, hypotheses, trade reviews, or other material through Trading Battlefield or through shared educational or community environments associated with our services.

You retain any ownership rights you have in content you create. By intentionally submitting content to a shared, collaborative, coaching, or educational environment, you grant Trading Battlefield a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, organize, adapt, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, preserve, develop, and improve our educational services and resources.

This license for shared contributions may continue after your membership, coaching access, or account ends. Shared discussions and educational contributions do not necessarily have to be removed merely because a member leaves Trading Battlefield or deletes an account.

Trading Battlefield may preserve and develop the educational substance of member questions, discussions, and contributions into lessons, explanations, frequently asked questions, knowledge-base material, or other educational resources.

Private account information and content maintained as part of a private feature are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable deletion practices.

The rights described in this section do not give Trading Battlefield permission to use your name, likeness, identifiable trading results, testimonial, or personal story as a public advertising endorsement without separate permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

07 Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Trading Battlefield or interfere with other members' use of the services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to compromise our systems or accounts, circumvent access controls, introduce malicious software, use the services for unlawful activity, impersonate another person, harass or abuse others, or infringe intellectual property or other rights.

Additional rules governing use of our services are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

08 Suspension and Termination

Trading Battlefield may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Trading Battlefield, our members, our intellectual property, the integrity or security of our services, or the rights of others.

Reasons may include material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorized distribution of our content, account sharing, security threats, or attempts to compromise or misuse the platform.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after an account ends, including provisions concerning intellectual property, shared contributions, responsibility for trading decisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive termination as applicable.

09 Changes to Services and Content

Trading Battlefield is an evolving educational platform. We may add, remove, revise, reorganize, or discontinue content, features, programs, or services, and we may perform maintenance or make changes to how the platform operates.

We do not guarantee that any particular free lesson, feature, program, or service will remain available indefinitely or remain free indefinitely.

Having a free Trading Battlefield account does not authorize us to charge you. If we offer paid products or services, you must affirmatively choose to purchase them before you are charged.

Any specific purchase, subscription, cancellation, or refund terms applicable to future paid services will be disclosed in connection with those services.

10 Third-Party Services

Trading Battlefield may link to, integrate with, discuss, recommend, or provide access to products and services operated by third parties.

Third-party services are independently operated and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, and business practices. Trading Battlefield does not control those services and does not guarantee their operation, continued availability, performance, financial condition, or suitability for you.

A link, integration, educational discussion, preferred member offer, or other relationship with a third party does not constitute a guarantee of that third party or its products or services.

Information we disclose to service providers acting on our behalf remains subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11 Service Availability

We work to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access.

Trading Battlefield may experience maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party outages, security events, or other interruptions. We may also temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to maintain, protect, repair, or improve the services.

No service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, response-time commitment, or recovery-time commitment is created by these Terms unless Trading Battlefield expressly agrees to one in a separate written agreement.

12 Disclaimers

We make a serious effort to provide accurate, useful, and thoughtful educational material. However, markets, regulations, software, platforms, tools, and other information can change, and educational content may contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Battlefield and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any particular trading result, profitability, accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular trading objective.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

13 Responsibility for Trading Decisions and Losses

You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to trade or invest. Trading Battlefield does not control your brokerage account, place trades on your behalf, determine your position size, or control your execution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Battlefield is not responsible for trading or investment losses resulting from decisions you make, including decisions influenced by educational content, examples, commentary, coaching, discussions, charts, tools, or other Trading Battlefield material.

Nothing in this section creates or implies a right to a refund. Refund rights for future paid products or services, if any, will be governed by the purchase terms applicable to those products or services.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Battlefield LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the services.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in this section creates a refund right or alters any specific purchase terms that may apply to a paid product or service.

15 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, your material violation of these Terms, content you submit that infringes another person's rights, or your intentional misuse of Trading Battlefield.

This provision is not intended to make members responsible for claims arising solely from ordinary, permitted use of Trading Battlefield.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] and provide a reasonable description of the dispute so that both sides have an opportunity to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Nevada to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights regarding jurisdiction or venue that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration.

17 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Trading Battlefield, our services, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

If we make a material change, we may provide additional notice when appropriate, such as by email, through the member platform, or by another reasonable method.

Changes to these general Terms are prospective and do not by themselves retroactively change specific purchase commitments already made to you under separate purchase terms, except where legally permitted and appropriately agreed.

18 General Provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with policies and disclosures expressly incorporated into them, govern your use of the Trading Battlefield services unless a separate written agreement or specific purchase terms apply.
